Baby Polar Bear
A baby polar bear photo and pictures of the adult animals may be obtained at zoos.
Males sometimes kill the cubs, so mothers try to avoid adult males. Cubs remain with the mother for 2-2,5 years. People don’t pose threats to the wild population of these animals; they may die only of lack of food, accumulating toxins in the body and oil spills.

Baby Polar Bear -
photo, pictures
Like other members of this family, these creatures are solitary except for females with cubs. Females become mature at 5-6 years old; litters consist of 2-4 cubs. There is little chance for all cubs to survive; usually 1-2 reach adulthood. A baby polar bear photo and pictures of the adult animals may be obtained at zoos.
